  3. +                       Adding a New Number to the Phone List

  5. +  Use Option 2 of the Phone List Menu when you want to add a new number to
  6. +  the list.

  8. +  Type "2", and press the "RETURN" key.  You will be prompted to enter
  9. +  the name, telephone number, password, baud rate, and duplex mode of the
  10. +  new entry.  The program then asks you to check that all of the information
  11. +  is correct.  If it is, reply "Y" and press the "RETURN" key.  The new
  12. +  Phone List Directory is then automatically rewritten to the diskette.

  14. +  The telephone number can include any of the special characters recognised
  15. +  by the modem.  e.g. - place a "T" in front of the number (or even within
  16. +  the number) to cause "Touch Tone" dialing to be used.  See the modem
  17. +  manual for complete details.

  19. +  Once you have added the new entry, you can use Option 1 to automatically
  20. +  make a telephone connection through an autodialing modem.
